Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can reschedule another time for you. Monday appointments must be cancelled before noon on the preceding Saturday. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are responsible for full fee. Late arrival may result in reduced session time.
In order to maintain our high level of service and availability to new and returning clients, a credit card is required at the time you schedule your appointment. Your card will be charged for the amount of your scheduled appointment in the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation .
